Deposits and Cancellation Policy

For customer who pay deposit for plans, If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another client. Deposits will be carried over if the appointment is rearranged with at least the 48 hours notice.

No shows or cancellations/reschedules less than 48 hours will forfeit their deposit and and NO SHOWS could be charged a no show fee on top of forfeiting their deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied towards your treatment. If you NO SHOW or Late Cancel, your deposit will be forfeited
